Soft Fruit
Strawberries, raspberries, black currants (and white and red), gooseberries and other berries. These are a delight to pick from your own garden and they are so easy and trouble free.
Strawberries are easy, we have many different varieties of strawberries, available all season, to provide delicious fruit for weeks. Basket varieties will produce tasty fruit this summer
Raspberries need a little patience – plant this year and reap rewards next year – well worth the wait and you get more year after year
Blueberries are wonderful picked fresh , we have established plants that will produce more fruit each year.
Gooseberries renown for their thorns and hairy fruits select the sharp culinary varieties or the delicious sweet dessert varieties
Coloured Currants great when you pick clusters of berries, ideal for summer puddings.
Cane fruits include loganberries, tayberries and others, all have blackberries in their genes so expect large juicy fruits in late summer
Gojji berries, may be good for you but are wild in growth and have an unpleasant taste.
We keep in stock a good choice of soft fruit, topped up weekly, from westcountry nurseries and if you have ambitious plantings our multibuys could save pounds. We are pleased to advise on planting.
